This is
required
in order for your iPhone to managed.
This will require you to:
- Hard reset your iOS device
- Use Apple Configurator to add your device to ABM
- Sync your ManageEngine and ABM accounts so that ManageEngine can manage the added devices
Step 1: Prepare Device

In order to add your device to ABM, you need to reset it.
Step 2: Use Apple Configurator to Add your Device to an ABM

Use Apple Configurator to Add iPhone to ABM
In order to add personal devices to your Apple Business Manager account, you need to use Apple Configurator on a second device (either a Mac or iOS device).
Step 3: Sync Devices from ABM to ManageEngine.

Sync Device from ABM to ManageEngine
You can now sync your device from ABM to ManageEngine, so that ManageEngine can begin to control settings on your iPhone.
