Restoring your Personal Data onto your Newly Supervised iPhone

It's now time to restore your data on your Supervised iPhone

Your newly supervised iPhone should be on the initial setup screen:

Swipe up to proceed, but stop once you get to this screen:

Choose a restoration path:

Option 1: If you've decided to restore your iPhone without App Data, follow the instructions under Option 1.

Option 2: If you have a second iPhone and have want to fully restore all data, including App Data, follow the instructions under Option 2.

Option 1: Restore using iCloud Sync (Without App Data)

When you sign into your Apple Account when prompted, you'll get access to all of the data you synced with iCloud.

iCloud sync cannot restore your App Data. You'll need to re-install and set up your apps again.

Choose Set Up Without Another Device:

Once you get to the Apps & Data screen, choose Don't Transfer Apps & Data:

After the first-time setup is finished, open the Settings app and make sure that the device is supervised.

Once you've enabled device supervision, you will now be able to add profiles to restrict settings on your iPhone or iPad.

Utilize a second iPhone to restore all of your backed up data.
