Configuring Andoff and Restoring Files
After your device has been successfully backed up, you can then factory reset your Android smartphone and connect it to Andoff.
After you've backed up your files from your Android smartphone, you can then configure and connect Andoff.
In order for Andoff to be connected to your device, you will need to perform a factory reset and directly connect to Andoff during the clean startup process.
Backup Your Files
Make sure that you're files are backed up. Hard resetting your smartphone permanently deletes them.

Backup your Smartphone
Managing your Android device will require a hard reset of your smartphone. Make sure you've backed up important files and moved 2FA apps correctly.
Get QR Code to Join Andoff
Make sure that you have this page open on separate computer: https://getplucky.net/andoff
You should see a QR code on this page. You will need this after your smartphone has been reset.
Factory Reset Your Android
Depending on your Android model and operating system, the instructions might look a little different. The easiest way to find it is by searching your device's settings for "Factory Reset".
After a quick browse on my settings app, I found it under General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
This will reset all of your smartphone's data and sign you out of all accounts!
Connect Andoff
Once your device is fully reset, you can power it up. You should get a welcome screen similar to this one:

After you scan the QR code, you should see a screen like this on your device:
