Get Started with Andoff
Andoff is a powerful option for Android users that grants a high degree of control over your smartphone. It requires a full device reset in order to enable.
Some of the features Andoff let's you control:
- Prevent all apps from being installed
- Block apps from being opened
- Protect apps from being uninstalled or disabled
- Lock out the Settings app
- Prevent a VPN from being disabled or switched
- Block Android DNS settings from being changed
- Remove the ability to factory reset your smartphone
- Lock these settings behind a password or time delay
For many people, Andoff is a simpler alternative to device management. It requires less manual configuration, and settings can be more easily changed from the device itself.
However, you will not be able to install apps remotely or block specific apps from being downloaded using Andoff. If you need to block specific apps or remotely install/enforce specific apps, you will need to use Device Management instead.
